The staff of the Torpedo Room, Inc. were creating interactive electronic media far ahead of the curve when compared to most design studios. In 1987 our principals were building electronic kiosks and, soon after, corporate CD-ROMs. In 1993 our first professional Web construction began in the days of black type on gray backgrounds for .edu sites, in the pre-.com days. Wrapping text around graphics in HTML was unheard of, but the potential was obvious. Since that time we’ve planned and built compelling dynamic information delivery systems online for companies and organizations wanting their message always available to millions.

The Torpedo Room is capable of researching, designing, writing, building and executing professional Web presence for customer access, private intranet, or anywhere in between. Our crew takes particular pride in being contacted by advertising agencies, public relation firms and even other design studios to subcontract Web site design and production for their clients.

At right are links to sites our employees have been responsible for. Additional previous projects are no longer online due to the dot com bubble, which has, alas, come and gone faster than last year’s printed catalog. Similarly, some of the sites to the right may have been altered beyond the original Torpedo Room design and programming specifications.
