Providing management and technical consultants to financial service corporations such as American Express and The New York Stock Exchange, Octane Consulting Services, Inc. knows the importance of corporate branding. To press their high-power quality service home, technical schematics were researched and this logo and identity resulted. The industrial combustion engine metaphor illustrates two parties: Octane Consulting Services, and their clients, working together to create corporate-powered torque. Italicized san-serif type was used for legibility and to add further forward motion to the typemark.
